Our Blaze conditioning Schedule is pretty simple!
Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm using dumbells, TRX, body weight exercises. Saturday 8:00am – 9:15am overall body
- Tuesdays are lower body, cardio and core focus,
- Thursdays upper body, cardio and core focus.
No 2 workouts are the same. Using different protocols such as circuit training, tabata training, tempo workouts, partner work etc..whatever we need to do to challenge your mind and muscles we do it!.
****STARTING SEPTEMBER ****Saturday Blaze Conditioning will be starting at
8:00 am up to 9:15 am gear towards intermediate/ advance. Utilizing barbells, dumbells and machines.

This will be the last –Small group training (2 to 4 people max) – until June
Focused on building muscles through weights, cables and body weight. little to no cardio. Great complement to our conditioning program OR on it’s own. Small group training will run on a 4 weeks schedule
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00 am to 6:40am
