Workouts Samples

Descending 10 to 1 Ladder.

#1 Warm-up and cool down for 5-10 minutes each.

10 Squat Jump

  • 10 up up down down push up better called as -Suicide Push Ups
  • 10 Leg Raises
  • 10 Floppy Burpee

Then 9 then 8 etc..

#2 Complete 3 rounds in your best time with proper form.

Warm-up and cool down for 5-10 minutes each.

  •  100 Skaters 1-2
  • 50 Full Sit-ups
  • 25 Reverse Lunges 1-1
  • 100 Jumping Jacks
  • 50 Reverse Crunches
  • 25 Reverse Lunges 1-1
  • 60 sec Plank

#3 Complete 3 rounds in your best time with proper form.

Warm-up and cool down for 5-10 minutes each. (run up your stairs, jumping jack , plank walk out)

 20 pop up squats

  • 16 Squat to Overhead Press
  • 20 Plank jacks
  • 16 Triceps Push Ups (modify on knees)
  • 20 Floppy Burpee (belly all the way down)
  • 16 Jack Knives (16 left & 16 right) (crunches with one leg straight out hovering over the ground and one knee into the chest)
